what is tolerance?
tolerance to me is the acceptance of people and there ways.
5 ways we can promote tolerance and respect of diversity in the school and community is by making it so that people don't practice there religion in school because if no one practices there religion no on can be judged based on there religion. 2nd there be in history classes discussions about multiple cultures at the same time. 3rd by creating multiple language courses so that people can feel their own cultures expressed in their school environment. 4th by creating discussion groups were people talk about the feelings and their cultures and encouraging them to make friends. and finally a ballot box were people talk about how to improve tolerance and how they are feeling.

Health Care
The senate has voted and we have lift off. thats right everyone it has finnally happned now all of us have health care. the senate voted yesterday and almost all democrats except 34 voed for the bill. the final vote was 219 to 210 with not a simple republican voting for the bill now to me thats sad. The health care has been said that it will have the same effect that social security had on us. But in 2014 we will start to experience the bill in action. anyway it is a dream come true to most american, well does that can afford it.

Who is Langston Hughes writing this poem for?
Langston Hhghes wrote this poem for to talk about the past and present of segregation in the united states and how its a man eat man world were everyone os scheming to get ahead in life he talks about the white and how they had to fight and they talk about slavery and how the indians were chased from their native land. he wrote it about how peoples hopes and dreams were taken and crushed how jobs were replaced by machines and the hard work that the farmers have to indure hard work and the people that came here from diffrent shores like africa but has had freedom that they will one day have.
Why was "America never America" to the poet?
America was never America to the poet because he never got payed for his work as a slave he never got a chance to be anything better than what he was he was stuff as one thing and one thing only a slave. that has not felt freedom and equality which is what this coutry was founded on and what yet has not been achieved.

His personal experience contributed to this poem because in it he was denied his love of writing by his father in a time of racial segregation in America.

Con High successes and failures during the first semester
I had many successes and failures during the first semester. I got all A's but I could have done better. I moved on to cities and got a 100 on the project as well as my partners. I worked very hard but really slacked of during the second marking period and that made me angry at the fact that it affected my grade. I always have room for improvement and trust that I will do the best that I can to get the best grade that I can get. Ill will works my hardest to get a 100 or close to it. That is my personal goal that I look forward to becoming a reality. I like to use technology better than a pen and notebook the only thing is that I don't like losing the work or doing it over. I would love to learn how to be a pro at the computer on my own so if they’re a problem I can fix it myself. I love using the computer for going on facebook and hearing music it the thing that I most like doing. So what I would most like to do is do the best I can with what I like doing and ask Ms. Thompson to not get that angry if I am straying from the path and she sees me on facebook I will always get my work done.

Service Learning Reflection
This is my reflection of service learning i think that Service Learning is important in a way that it makes you give back to the community. It gives an exentive to do what they would normally not do in some situation Service Learning not only helps people but it also gives us techniques that we will use later on in life like the plan that Barack Obama has already initiated that if someone does 50 hours of community's service they will get there first $4,000 of college already payed not only does that mean more money in your pocket but it also makes it easier for someone to attend College and live up to their American Dream by also giving back things that they might continue. I personally found it easy to get my hours and i got the satisfaction of knowing that someone will walk away with their Lawn done, Trash out, or even that there bags were brought to their house all i know is that i committed a publish service and I am 15 hours closer to graduating in 2012.

“Don’t back sass me ill cowhide you and wipe you till your tan.” The recipe for a bad dad is easy. All people need to have a dad with an addiction, a dad that’s beats you, and someone that after all that’s leaves you all alone and doesn’t want you to succeed. That’s a bad father.
If people want a deadbeat dad. You need someone that’s and alcoholic, or is in to drugs, then you probably have Huckleberry Finns dad “pap.” “And when he got to getting thirsty he went out and got himself a gallon of bear and was acting a fool.” That’s shows people that have a problem’s with an addiction. Then they are not a good dad, and are more like “pap”
Next Huckleberry’s dad beats him constantly. You can blame all of Huckleberry’s shortcomings on his “pap.” People call him a “good for nothing that likes to be free and not sophistimacatic.” If a person beats their kids, then they are just pushing them away. “That’s right you better not let me catch you at that school or ill wipe you till your tan.” “When I didn’t come quick like he abused me again but I was used to it.” This shows that beating somebody is not the best way to win his or her love. In the end he’s pushing Huckleberry away.
If someone’s dad leaves you and suddenly comes back into their life, and tell you to stop doing something of yourself. That’s not a good dad “what a bastard.” If someone has not seen their father for a long time, and then when their father breaks into their room to tell them to not go to school because “he didn’t, and he doesn’t want you to be better then that him.” “Now you listen to me I not egumacatic and know body in are family was edumacatic when they did and nether are you.” Your momma wasn’t edumacatic when she died.” You trying to be better then your old pa well you aint what a son.” If people don’t have encouragement. Then how are they to succeed?
Obliviously if someone wants to be a deadbeat dad then they need, to be addicted to something, whip their kids, and squash their dreams. Just because I wrote how to be a deadbeat, dad doesn’t mean someone should go out and be one. If anything go out and do the opposite of what I said. “Hah come back and read some more now you hear.”

How I Fell In This Election
This election means real change for me it means that this nation has left behind its racist background and has made a it clear that even if you are a minority that no one really pays attention too you can make it an make your problems that you are facing know for Barack Obama to be president means that someday maybe I can become president. Many time mothers tell their children that you an be whatever you like you can be president if you wanted to this is the only proof that we really can it is not just me who fells this way 1 of my best friends that is not exactly legal believes that now he the sacrifices he has made to get to this country are worth it that he truly lives in the land of freedom and opportunities.
